Maths Lab

At our school lab, we aim to provide students with manipulative materials like algebra tiles, geometric models, and puzzles. By physically interacting with these tools, students get to visualize abstract concepts, explore patterns, and discover mathematical relationships on their own. Through practical learning in maths lab, students get to see the relevance of mathematics in everyday life and various disciplines. Our students also work in teams to conduct group projects on mathematical challenges which eventually fosters critical thinking, communication, and the ability to break down complex problems into manageable steps. The hands-on nature of maths lab at Goenka caters to students with different learning styles. Furthermore, students get to discover the beauty of patterns, the satisfaction of solving a challenging problem, and the confidence that comes with understanding a complex concept.
